Remove Un-priced Items From Database in SAP Business One

By Mark Burt

We all want to get our job done as efficient as possible, and we invest lots of efforts in finding better processes, improve our skills, upgrade our equipment etc.

SAP Business One contributes to your continuous efforts by offering an option that can help increase productivity. You can remove from the price lists in the database items for which prices are not defined:

null

This way, your price lists are maintained with the relevant items only, while SAP Business One continues to display all the items – priced and unpriced.

In addition if you want to display in price lists priced items only – select the option “Hide Unpriced Items” in Price List – Selection Criteria window.

Available in SAP Business One 9.0, version for SAP HANA and SAP Business One 9.0. For more information please contact Mark Burt at mburt@d1tech.net.
