Columbia, SC. -   D1 Technologies, LLC (West Columbia, SC) and MYTecSoft Inc (Lexington, SC) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which the companies will have formed a Joint-Venture named  Ri360 Technologies, LLC (Resources International). Ri360 Technologies will deliver to the SME (Small-Medium Enterprise) Market SAP All-in-One, Business By Design, Business Objects Business Intelligence and Consulting Services.

The Board of Directors and Management team of Ri360 Technologies will consist of the respected Principals of the two companies; The Principals will assume distinctive roles which will be announced at a later date. The combined company with distinguished complementary capabilities, is now in a position to extend its’ reach throughout the SAP enterprise. The Subject Matter Expertise throughout the two entities has expanded to support a broader portfolio of services throughout the SAP ERP modules. Ri360 Technologies will continue to focus on its SAP strength, and aggressively grow its SAP Portfolio throughout the world.  Ri360 will expand on it vertical expertise with SAP Portfolio in Medical Devices, Agriculture, Financial Services, Utilities, Cable & Wireless for the SME Market.
